Products, collections and content are carried across, and every old URL is mapped one to one to a 301 redirect. The redirect map is what holds search rankings through the move, and it is tested before launch. A move takes the same 4 to 8 weeks as a new store, with the new design and the launch photography on the same schedule.
Yes. E-commerce photography is booked on its own as well as inside a full Shopify build. The studio shoots on-model, still life and product-page sets, matching crop, ratio, colour and file naming to what a store's product pages already use, and delivers the files sized for upload. Sets are shot in studios booked per production, in London or where the brand is. The number of shoot days and SKUs sets the cost, and the studio quotes each project in a proposal.
A Shopify retainer covers design iterations, development sprints, a recurring shoot day and a conversion rate review each month, with social content, paid media and email marketing where a brand takes them.
