Project Manager
Description
ANCC Studio is assembling a roster of Project Managers to run projects across our shoots, campaigns, and accounts.
This is a roster call-out. We won't respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll be in touch when a brief aligns.
London-based.
In Detail
Run projects from brief to delivery across campaign, e-commerce, and content work, keeping scope, timeline, and budget aligned.
Build and hold the project plan, with timelines, resourcing, and status updates that people actually read.
Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations, approvals, and feedback rounds with care.
Coordinate creative, production, and post teams, making sure the right people have the right brief at the right time.
Track budgets, POs, and deliverables through to sign-off, flagging risks early rather than explaining them late.
The Candidate
Must have worked in a design studio, creative agency, or a similar environment.
Experience managing creative projects for fashion, beauty, or luxury brands, from brief through to delivery.
Comfortable running several projects in parallel without letting detail slip.
Clear and direct over email and in the room, with clients and with the team.
Organised by instinct, with tidy timelines, trackers, and status docs that keep everyone honest.
An understanding of how creative work gets made, and the judgement to protect it under deadline pressure.
Shoot or production experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for in-studio days when needed.
Working with ANCC
Freelance or contract-based, tied to project scopes and POs. Collaboration with our Creative, Production, and Post teams. Hybrid workflow, remote for planning, in-studio for kick-offs and shoot days. Opportunities across campaign, e-commerce, and always-on content.
Application Requirements
A short note outlining availability, relevant experience, and typical day rate. Examples or a concise PDF (under 15 MB) of projects you've run, with a note on your role in each. Location and UK right-to-work information for in-studio days. Optional: any production, budgeting, or client-service skills welcome.
Selection and Response
This is a roster call-out. We won't reply immediately. Submissions are reviewed periodically, and we'll reach out if you're a strong fit for an active brief.
