Creative Producer
Description
ANCC Studio is assembling a roster of Creative Producers for ongoing shoots and campaigns.
This is a roster call-out. We won't respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll be in touch when a brief aligns.
London-based.
In Detail
Own productions end to end, from brief and budget through to wrap, across campaign, lookbook, editorial, and e-commerce shoots.
Build budgets, negotiate rates, and manage POs, ensuring every shoot lands on scope and on cost.
Source and book crew, talent, locations, studios, and equipment, holding the schedule together on the day.
Run call sheets, releases, permits, and insurance, keeping paperwork tight and clients informed.
Anticipate problems before they reach set, resolving them quietly so the creative team can keep shooting.
The Candidate
Experience producing campaign, lookbook, or e-commerce shoots for fashion, beauty, or luxury brands.
A strong book of crew, studios, and suppliers across London, with the judgement to match them to a brief.
Confident building and defending budgets, and comfortable being accountable for them.
Calm and decisive on set, able to hold the day together when plans shift.
Organised to a fault, with call sheets, releases, and wrap reports done properly every time.
Comfortable working directly with clients, agents, and talent.
E-commerce or high-volume studio experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for studio days when needed.
Working with ANCC
Freelance or contract-based, tied to project scopes and POs. Collaboration with our Creative, Production, and Post teams. Hybrid workflow, remote for prep, on set or in-studio for shoot days. Opportunities across campaign, lookbook, editorial, and e-commerce content.

Portfolio link or a concise PDF (under 15 MB) showcasing productions you've led, with a note on your role in each. A short note outlining availability, relevant experience, and typical day rate. Location and UK right-to-work information for on-site shoots. Optional: any added skills, such as post-production supervision or budget tooling, welcome.
