Marketing Intern

Description

ANCC Studio is offering a marketing internship for someone with a social media background, supporting our studio and client channels.

Best suited to a university placement year or a credit-bearing course placement, though strong applications outside of a course are welcome.

London-based.

In Detail

Support the social team across content calendars, scheduling, and community management for studio and client channels.

Draft captions, research trends and sounds, and prepare briefs for the content team.

Track performance across Instagram and TikTok, pulling simple reports on what worked and why.

Assist on shoot days, capturing BTS and keeping the content library organised.

Sit in on planning and client calls, learning how a creative studio runs social end to end.

The Candidate

A social media background, whether coursework, a brand account you've run, personal projects, or previous placement work.

Studying marketing, communications, fashion, or similar, or recently graduated.

Fluent in Instagram and TikTok as a maker, with an eye for what fits a fashion or luxury brand.

Organised and curious, comfortable asking questions and taking notes nobody asked for.

Confident with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Writing or basic design skills are a bonus, not a requirement.

London-based or able to travel in for studio days.

Working with ANCC

A structured placement with real briefs, supervision, and a named mentor. Collaboration with our Social, Creative, and Production teams. Hybrid workflow, with regular in-studio days.

Placement and Pay

Most of our internships run as university placements. Where the placement is a required part of a UK higher education course (up to 12 months), it sits within the student placement exemption under National Minimum Wage rules. Outside of a course placement, interns doing set hours and real work count as workers under UK law and are paid at least the National Minimum Wage for their age. Either way, we confirm the basis, dates, and any expenses in writing before you start.

Application Requirements

A short note on your course, placement dates, and availability. Links to accounts or work you've made, in any form. Location and UK right-to-work information.

Selection and Response

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We'll be in touch if there's a fit for an upcoming placement.
