Casting Assistant
Description
ANCC Studio is assembling a roster of Casting Assistants to support castings across our shoots and campaigns.
This is a roster call-out. We won't respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll be in touch when a brief aligns.
London-based.
In Detail
Support castings end to end, from initial research and outreach through to options, holds, and confirmations.
Build and maintain casting boards and databases, keeping selects, measurements, and rates current.
Liaise with agencies and talent, managing availability checks, holds, and releases with care.
Run in-person and self-tape castings, keeping sessions organised and talent looked after.
Keep paperwork moving, with usage terms, release forms, and booking confirmations logged and chased.
The Candidate
Experience assisting on castings for fashion, beauty, or luxury shoots, in-house or under a casting director.
Good relationships with, or working knowledge of, London model and talent agencies.
A sharp eye for faces and the instinct to match talent to a brand's world.
Discreet and professional around talent, agents, and clients.
Organised and quick over email, comfortable juggling holds, options, and shifting availability.
Confident with spreadsheets, boards, and the tools that keep a casting tidy.
Street casting experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for casting days and shoots when needed.
Working with ANCC
Freelance or contract-based, tied to project scopes and POs. Collaboration with our Creative and Production teams. Hybrid workflow, remote for research and outreach, in-person for castings and shoot days. Opportunities across campaign, lookbook, editorial, and e-commerce content.
