We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Strategist with a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy and a strong foundation in digital platforms, content creation, and analytics. Ideally, the candidate will hold a marketing degree with a focus on fashion, combining a unique blend of art direction and strategic expertise to support concepts and drive impactful executions.

Role Overview

Location: London-based with flexibility for hybrid working. Occasional travel may be required for shoots, events, or client engagements.

Creative Understanding

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and brand growth.

  • Art Direction: Collaborate with internal and external creatives to produce standout visuals and copy tailored to platform-specific audiences.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with ANCC Studio’s creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that leverage social media as a key touchpoint.

  • Content Planning: Oversee the creation of engaging content calendars, collaborating with creatives and clients to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials.

Strategic Marketing

  • Platform Expertise: Stay up to date with trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, advising on best practices and opportunities for growth.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying actionable insights to optimise future strategies.

  • Community Management: Oversee social media interactions, ensuring timely and brand-aligned responses to followers and maintaining a consistent tone of voice.

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive audits to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

The Candidate

  • Experience: 2–4 years in social media marketing, with proven success managing campaigns in the fashion or luxury sector.

  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to present strategies, provide updates, and gather feedback, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed expectations.

  • Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on fashion or luxury industries preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong Sense of Art Direction: A sharp eye for design, copy, and storytelling that aligns with luxury and fashion aesthetics.

  • Adaptability: Skilled at juggling multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

  • Tools & Platforms: Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite) and creative tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
