Lead Creative
We are seeking an experienced Lead Creative to support the Creative Director during busy periods. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing creative projects, and maintaining our studio’s standards.
Role Overview
Type: Part-Time / Contract
Location: London-based with flexibility for remote work and on-site client meetings or production days.
The Role
Leadership: Manage Junior Art Directors, Designers, Video Editors & wider team.
Client Management: Present concepts to clients with professionalism and clarity.
Art Direction: Concept and execution of creative concepts.
Set Experience: Direct shoots using Capture One with a strong eye for composition.
Video: Collaborate with video editors to deliver high-quality film outputs.
Branding: Oversee branding and identity systems, balancing creativity with strategy.
Typography: Maintain high standards in layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
E-commerce Design: Guide digital designers using Figma to create modern e-commerce platforms.
Tools: Work proficiently with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Capture One.
The Candidate
Experience: 10+ years in senior creative roles within fashion, luxury, or design industries.
Expertise: Strong in art direction, branding, layout, photography, and e-commerce design.
Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Capture One.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to inspire and lead.
