Junior Financial Controller
ANCC Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Financial Controller to support our finance and admin operations. This part-time role offers two days per week with scope for growth, ideal for someone looking to advance their financial skills within a creative environment.
Role Overview
Commitment: 2 days per week, with potential for expanded responsibilities as the role develops.
Location: Ideally London-based, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Role
Invoicing & Payments: Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring prompt payments from clients and timely payments to suppliers.
Expense Recording: Manage bookkeeping tasks, record studio expenses, and maintain organised financial data for accuracy.
Payroll Scheduling: Assist in payroll scheduling, working closely with our Studio Director and accountants to ensure seamless disbursements.
Finance Support: Collaborate with ANCC’s team to streamline financial workflows, keeping expense tracking efficient and up-to-date.
The Candidate
Experience: Prior experience in finance or administration within a creative setting is preferred but not essential.
Skills: Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail; proficiency in Google Suite and basic accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is advantageous.
Growth Mindset: Motivated to develop within a fast-paced, creative studio environment.
