ANCC Studio: Creative Producer
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Creative Producer with a strong background in pre & post production across fashion and luxury projects. This role requires experience in managing high-stakes projects from concept through post-production and demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Role Overview
Location: London-based with flexibility for international travel; occasional remote work is possible but will require availability for on-site shoots as needed.
The Role
Production Management: Oversee and attend both studio and location shoots across the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outputs.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams, establishing trust and delivering on client expectations.
Budgeting & Estimation: Develop and manage production estimates, handling cost evaluations accurately and strategically to meet project goals.
Sourcing & Coordination: Identify and coordinate with the right crew, locations, props, and freelancers to bring creative concepts to life.
Project Handling: Support multiple concurrent projects from inception to post-production, keeping workflows streamlined and ensuring high standards are met.
Client Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering results that surpass expectations.
Briefs & Logistics: Create detailed crew and supplier briefs, call sheets, and risk assessments to ensure project clarity and safety compliance.
Production Documentation: Prepare PPM decks, production packs, and timelines, managing conflicting demands effectively.
Post-Production: Oversee post-production and quality control, predicting and addressing potential issues before they arise.
Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates to the Head of Production and the wider team, documenting milestones and troubleshooting details.
Financial Management: Handle crew and supplier invoices, ensuring accurate budget reconciliation and record-keeping.
The Candidate
Experience: 1–3 years in production, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fashion industry and a well-established contact list for crew and suppliers.
Negotiation Skills: Experienced in negotiating with production and talent representatives, ensuring alignment on project scope and budgets.
Project Management: Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and Dropbox.
APA Knowledge: Familiarity with APA crew rates and guidelines, and a solid understanding of usage rights.
Location: London: flexibility for hybrid work with some travel requirements.
